All services are subject to a separate signed service agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.
All engagements are formalised through a written service contract signed by both parties. Work will not commence until a contract has been executed and any required deposit has been received.
We reserve the right to decline any project that conflicts with our values, capacity, or applicable laws.

Postponements are treated as cancellations unless agreed otherwise in writing.
All creative works, concepts, designs, and materials produced by us remain the intellectual property of Seven Event and Marketing LLC until full payment has been received, at which point the agreed deliverables are assigned to the client as specified in the service contract.
We retain the right to use project imagery, videos, and case study content in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to the engagement.
The client agrees to:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seven Event and Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability to any client in respect of any single contract shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client under that contract.
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, pandemic, strikes, or infrastructure failures. The affected party shall notify the other in writing as soon as practicable.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
